Protecting Today... Preserving Tomorrow

Help save 5,800 wild acres of forest habitat in the central Pennsylvania Wilds from being turned into the largest dump east of the Mississippi. Let the people in power know this area, noted for its scenic beauty and outdoor recreation opportunities, is not compatible with a landfill-incinerator-industrial park complex!

Snow Shoe Rail-Trail Impacts

Over 9 miles of this popular, 19-mile multiuse Rail-Trail will be lost if RRLLC's rail reactivation plan to haul garbage in by trash train come to fruition. To see some photographs from the Rail-Trail, visit our photo gallery.

Please note: It is our understanding that the Moshannon Forest boundary is actually I-80 in places now.
